Tools Factory is built around one rule: your files are yours. Here is exactly what that means in practice.
Client-side by default
Whenever a tool can run entirely in your browser, it does. That means the file you drop in, or the text you type, is processed on your own device and never leaves it. We will always be upfront about which tools work this way — and we will say so clearly on any tool that does need to send data elsewhere.
What we collect
We do not require accounts, and we do not ask for personal information to use any tool. We keep our hosting setup minimal on purpose — the less we collect, the less there is to protect or misuse.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic — things like overall page views and visitor counts. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies or any client-side tracking to identify you individually. We do not use this data for advertising, and it is never used to build a cross-site profile of any visitor.
